We provide a range of mindfulness workshops for children, parents and professionals. All of our sessions include practical breathing, emotional regulation and self-calming tools to help you relax, build resilience to be in the present moment and recognise your own thoughts, feelings and physical sensations.

With regular practice, mindfulness can help reduce stress, anxiety, depression, frustration and chronic pain. Over time, participants develop a more balanced frame of mind, calm heightened emotions, improve concentration and learn to find a sense of ease at times of uncertainty.
