Mindfulness can be described as "the quality of being present and fully engaged with whatever you're doing at the moment — free from distraction or judgment, and aware of our thoughts and feelings without getting caught up in them."
With regular practice, mindfulness can help reduce stress, anxiety, depression, frustration and chronic pain. Over time, participants develop a more balanced frame of mind, calm heightened emotions, improve concentration and learn to find a sense of ease at times of uncertainty.
All of our sessions include practical breathing, emotional regulation and self-calming tools to help you relax, build resilience to be in the present moment and recognise your own thoughts, feelings and physical sensations.
Remember, no one can give from an empty cup, so taking care of yourself is essential for your wellbeing and emotional resilience. By practising mindfulness your whole family and even workplace will experience the benefits.
